Passion Project- Triple Threat Fitness! by Carey Blackburn

My final semester is in full swing, and along with the usual pre-graduation activities, I've started a passion project that I'm extremely excited about!

I decided to start TTF to provide performers with resources to develop their physical and vocal strength simultaneously while maintaining an equally healthy state of mind. If you have Instagram, follow me for workouts, recipes, and interviews with industry professionals to give insight on how to be the healthiest and happiest performer possible! One of my main goals is to develop this project into a full website/blog with interviews from performers and industry professionals alike on topics such as maintaining vocal technique while dancing, preventing injury during 8 show weeks, and meal preps that have appropriate nutrients for a performer's lifestyle.
